Shipping
In-stock items: Please allow up to 5-7 business days within the United States to ship “In Stock” Items.
Contact us for International Shipping times and rates. International Shipping varies due to customs that we cannot control. The purchaser may be responsible for any duties or taxes.
Returns:
For all returns and exchanges. Items must be shipped back within 10 business days of receipt.
There is a 5% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all related shipment costs. You may incur a shipping cost if our third party vendor requires postage.
The items must be returned undamaged, in its original state and unworn, unwashed with tags in-tact.
Due to safety regulations, all helmet sales are final.
Exceptions may apply, where indicated. All sale items will be marked as Final Sale.
Exchanges
Various sale items may be exchanged for size or other styles when available. Please email us at info@soleaequestrian.com to discuss an exchange.
In order to ensure you are buying the correct size we have indicated details of fit on each item, including size charts when available.
We are also available to answer any of your questions via email prior to purchase.
